Bethlehem Neighbors for Peace

For Peace

We gather in good will to see our sorrow through
And voice our discontent with where we are
And mourn those memories of such places we have been;
Yet from the shattered remnants of each ransomed dream
A gentle prayer stands steadfast, hand-in hand,
Such sovereign hope that prompts us send it out
Across This Land and round the world at large.
