BNP Committees:
Bethlehem Neighbors for Peace
conducts are work primarily through several Committees, some standing
and some ad hoc.
Current Committees:
Coordinating Committee: Coordinates
activities of the organization at a general level. This committee,
(currently with 9 ( 3 of the positions are job shared by two people).

Vigils: Coordinates our weekly
peace vigil at 4 Corners, and other vigils, such as our occasional

Forums: Organizes and publicizes
our public forums, typically featuring guest speakers on a variety
of peace, justice and civil liberties related topics. Contact Person:

Newsletter: Edits and publishes
our monthly newsletter, The Bethlehem Free Press. Contact Person:

Communications Committee: Coordinates
the communications activities of BNP. Ongoing projects include,taping
of events, acquiring programming for local public access tv, and
acquiring necessary media equipment . Contact include Bruce Bushart,

Schools: Establishing a yearly
peace scholarship for a local high school student, and provides
small grants for high school students for peace related training
and projects.
